Trust Board information

The Trust is governed by Members and a Board of Trustees. The Members appoint the Trustees and also have the power to dismiss them.

The Trustees delegate powers as outlined in our Scheme of Delegation which can be found here. They also appoint Governors to the Local Governing Boards and can co-opt Trustees to the Board as required.
