Scarcroft Primary School believes in building strong relationships, and recognising the unique needs and talents of the school community. Their aim is for everyone to meet their potential – academically, socially, emotionally and physically. 

Scarcroft’s vision – Developing all of Me – underpins teaching and learning to provide an environment that prepares pupils as confident, healthy and happy citizens. The school develops pupils through their values of CHIRP – Curious, Healthy, Individual, Responsible and Positive.

Scarcroft has also been recognised with a Basic Skills Quality Mark, a City of York Inclusion Award and an Eco-Schools Award.
