Shauna Finch

Shauna is a practising solicitor at Coles’ solicitors in York and also sits part-time as a Tribunal Judge. She qualified in 1990 and was a partner at Newman and Bond solicitors in Barnsley for over 10 years.

Shauna was a governor at Scarcroft School for 11 years until the Summer of 2016, initially as a parent governor and then as a community governor. In that time she developed a range of expertise and sat on, clerked or chaired the Inclusion Committee, Extended Services Committee, Monitoring Committee, Staffing Committee, and Appraisal Committee. She also served as vice-chair of governors for two years.

Shauna has one child at Millthorpe School and lives locally.
